INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Element Performance ships internationally from the United Arab Emirates.

We aim to offer competitive international shipping rates; however, shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates and may not reflect final customs duties, taxes, import fees, or currency exchange adjustments applied by your local authorities or courier.

All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping times and costs may vary depending on destination, courier service, and customs processing.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise stated for made-to-order or custom items.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

Customs clearance

Courier delays

Weather conditions

Local regulations or inspections

Element Performance is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items ordered are permitted for import into their destination country.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to import restrictions, customs issues, or failure to pay duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and associated costs.

RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING

To return a product, please contact us first to receive return authorization and instructions.

Approved returns should be shipped to the address provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping and any applicable fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCHANGES

Exchange delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Element Performance does not guarantee delivery timeframes for exchanged items.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.

For international shipments, once an order is handed over to the courier, liability for loss or delay is limited to the coverage provided by the shipping carrier.

TRACKING & INSURANCE

For shipments with a value exceeding USD 75 (or equivalent), we strongly recommend selecting a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance where available.

Element Performance is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments without valid tracking confirmation.
