About the Founders

Meet Amrit

I founded Element Performance with one goal—to build the kind of workshop I always wished existed. With a BEng in Automotive Engineering, I’ve spent my career around performance cars, fabrication, and motorsport culture. Alongside the automotive space, I also run companies in recruitment and construction machinery, which give me a broader foundation in business management and operations.

Element Performance brings together all of that experience: engineering knowledge, real-world problem solving, and a commitment to high-quality work. For me, this isn’t just a workshop; it’s a place where passion and precision meet.

Meet Ahad

Ahad is the founder of 971Retrofits, specializing in advanced automotive lighting solutions that blend precision engineering with modern design. With a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Manufacturing and Design, he brings a deep technical foundation to every retrofit and custom lighting project. His career includes experience as a design engineer and work within the defense industry, where attention to detail and high-level problem solving are essential.

At 971Retrofits, Ahad applies the same engineering discipline to create lighting systems that elevate both performance and aesthetics. His goal is simple: deliver reliable, innovative, and beautifully executed solutions for every vehicle.

Meet Ryan

Ryan is the Operations Manager at Element Performance, bringing structure, efficiency, and customer-focused workflow to the heart of the workshop. With a BA in Business Management and experience across the supply chain industry, he understands how to streamline processes, optimize resources, and ensure every project moves smoothly from planning to delivery.

Before joining Element, Ryan worked in several performance workshops in Dubai, giving him firsthand insight into the automotive world and the expectations of high-performance customers. His role blends business acumen with industry experience, ensuring Element Performance operates with precision, transparency, and exceptional service.
